With the gift-giving season drawing closer, the IPA (Independent Pharmacies of Australia) gifting team have dedicated the last few months to ensuring your Christmas buying is easier and more efficient in 2024. We have selected and sourced a range of products from both local and overseas suppliers and have collated all the information in this year’s IPA Christmas Buying Book.

Key Points

  • All products are priced to be market competitive, with suggested Recommended Retail Prices.

  • No minimum order quantities (unless outlined as a prepack).

  • No minimum order or freight charges when purchased through ExSell Warehouse.

  • All NIS (net into store) pricing outlined in the book includes GST.

Initial Orders and ExSell Accounts

With such a wide range of suppliers, we will be bringing all stock into our IPA ExSell Warehouse to make the ordering process easier for you and enabling us to distribute stock right through October and November. This is to encourage early Christmas sales whilst also preparing your pharmacy for the peak retail period in November.

Pre-orders will be open between Monday 8th July – Sunday 28th July, and are to be placed via Formsite. Click HERE for the pre-order form. Pre-ordered stock will start to arrive in-store from October.

If you do not have an ExSell account, please complete and email the below forms to our Finance team at <receivables@ipagroup.com>, and an account will be created for your store.

Top Up Orders

This year, we have worked with the team at Buy It Right (IPA’s Inventory Program) to streamline the top-up ordering process. Ordering through Buy It Right gives you visibility of what’s available, an accurate stock on hand and sends your order directly to ExSell Warehouse to be picked and packed. Once you’ve created an ExSell Warehouse account, a Buy It Right Lite account will be made on your behalf. Once your Buy It Right Lite account has been created, you will be notified via email with instructions on how to access it. If you already have an ExSell Account without access to Buy It Right Lite, please email Rhiannon <rhiannon.davies@ipagroup.com>, and it will be organised for you.

Ordering via Buy It Right Lite will be available for top-up orders between Monday 28th October – Monday 2nd December. Orders can be placed after the 2nd of December; however, ExSell Warehouse cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Please note: in your Christmas Buying Book and Key Dates Advent Calendar, we have incorrectly stated that top-up ordering will be open from Monday 9th September. This has since been revised, and the stock will be ready to order from Buy It Right from Monday 28th October as detailed above.

Instructions on how to place an order via Buy It Right will be made available Monday 8th July.  

ExSell Warehouse

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are considered final and, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. After a successful 2023, we are excited to be bringing back The Giving Tree Program for Christmas 2024.
