An HMR is a free service to eligible patients, and is designed to help you manage your medicines and avoid side-effects. You can learn all about your medications (what they’re for, how to take them and why you take them), and ensure you get the best possible health outcome from your medications.

Best of all, our accredited Advantage pharmacists come to you in the comfort of your own home, and take the time to go through all your medications (including over-the-counter, complementary products and prescribed medicines) with you. A written report is then sent back to your Doctor, ensuring excellent communication between you, your Pharmacist and your Doctor.
