My name is Jenna Owen and I am Advantage Group’s Customer Relationship Coordinator. I started with Advantage Group 20 years ago when they were still known by the name Prime Pharmacy Group. After 10 years I had a couple of years break in to work as a Trainer and Assessor at the Pharmacy Guild Victorian branch supplying support, training and guidance in Pharmacy certificates II, III, IV, S2S3 and DAC. I also experienced working within the Hospital Pharmacy industry as a Hospital Technician.

I have worked within stores as a Pharmacy Assistant and also within the dispensary as a Pharmacy Technician and after 20 years I still have a strong passion and love for the Pharmacy industry.

My role is to be available to help support yourself and your team with any questions or assistance required now that you are a part of the Advantage family.
